In this third reviewed edition of the book about the Burgundian Domaine and all its own special qualities, you notice that at the Domaine in the past years the aim has been for the best with even more ambition.
Work has been carried out with even more precision.This is a trend that can also be seen in other quality estates in Burgundy. It is wonderful to see how the pursuit of ultimate quality, and particularly purity too, motivates, stimulates and vitalizes the people on the Domaine. Meanwhile work in the vineyards of the Domain de Romanee Conti is carried out entirely biodynamically.
Lots of new fantastic photographs have been added in this revised edition, and the text has a more in-depth quality and is brought up to date with a chapter about biodynamics.
